After New Year’s Eve celebrations have passed, January can feel a little flat, so courtesy of the Belfast Telegraph you and your partner could be joining the Ulster Orchestra and its guests to relive the elegant refinement of Vienna during the second half of the 19th century when Johann Strauss was the leading composer of dance music in Europe.
Much-loved star guests, Strictly Come Dancing’s Camilla Dallerup and Ian Waite, will return to light up the stage with their fabulous footwork, while ever-effervescent conductor Christopher Bell will introduce favourite waltzes and polkas to set everyone’s toes tapping. The glorious voice of soprano Ailish Tynan will add an extra shimmer to this sparkling New Year celebration – and you could be joining them!
